In 2009, the owner and Managing Director Michael Pankow took over the „Ganymed Brasserie“ and leads the successful french restaurant in style of the Belle Epoque with nowadays 40 team members.
Entering the restaurant Ganymed with the charming greeting from Patrick Willems belongs already to a pleasant experience. Through his sympathetic nature, he is often referred as the soul of this house. Do enjoy listening to him, relating about the numerous stories and tales concerning the restaurant Ganmed and appreciate 35 years of living in Berlin gastronomy.
Carsten Woite joined our team in January 2015 as Executive Sous Chef, coming from the “Entrecote”, another French restaurant in Berlin, to evolute himself in the french kitchen with all his culinary creativity. With his ideas and his passion for excellence he is an enrichment for the whole team.
